July 13th purchased a brand new Kia Carnival, (NO disclosure of damage prior to my purchasing) July 16th notice the bumper and fender dont match on passenger side, but do on drivers side. Take to Auto shop, yep repainted substandard dirt in paint compound left on bumper. Email GM, Finance Mgr, and salesperson, no response. Go to dealership talk to GM, he looks at vehicle and says yep somethings wrong. Days later calls and says the vehicle had been in an on lot accident and was repaired. I stated bought brand new want brand new. They located a new one for me, said august 10th would be there, went and no vehicle. On August 12th they brought the vehicle and new paperwork for new loan, said they would send a check for $1500 for all my trouble. August 29th and again on 31st Kia finance started calling saying my payment was late, (1st vehicle that dealership was supposed to pay off) Sept. 1st Contacted GM and told him the finance part wasn't done, I never received a copy of my paperwork or the check.. said he would get back to me that afternoon, NOTHING at all back to me about why this wasn't taken care of. Today I was forced to make payment on the van I don't have. Filed complaints with Kia Corporate, Group1 Auto. Avoid!
