2021 Kia Seltos Near Kansas City KS

The salesman added on an optional warranty to the car stating it was required. I had stated we did not want any extras. Finance guy tried to cover it up during signing and I had it removed amd caught it. Went back for two new tires and glue to tires on rims were all over rims and they hadn't cleaned it off. The salesman added on an optional warranty to the car stating it was required. I had stated we did not want any extras. Finance guy tried to cover it up during signing and I had it removed amd caught it. Went back for two new tires and glue to tires on rims were all over rims and they hadn't cleaned it off. Asked them to clean it off. Other reviews online show a salesman told another guy the extra warranties were required. When test drove car I asked about a light that was one. Salesman told me it was nothing and he was playing with steering wheel on his way over and turned it off. Had car checked out by mechanic. Sensor repair that was over $2000. Too bad because I was told this was a good dealership. I could say more. Out of words.

Went into to get a oil change figured i would wait said when I got there a drop off said that not what I said on app. She stayed would be 3 1/2 hour wait so okay called my son to pick me up. Got dropped off at 10:00 am called at 2pm 4 hours later car still not ready, stated this is crazy waiting for car and blew my only day off this week, figured I will be home by 12 pm no got home at 4pm from the dealership. Whole day off gone no car, next time I will go to valvoline for the same price and a 30 min wait. Just took to dealership is a lease car and was keeping records of my maintenence so they know when turn in all maintenence was completed properly for next person. Never again will I go to shawnee mission kia. Got my first kia in lawrence kia and never had a problem guess I will go back there from now on.

Sofia and the rest of the team were great. Appreciated the brief video by the service tech. Everyone did what they said they would do. Even the young man who checked me out walked me to my car and removed the plastic, etc. He was so friendly! Thx, SM Kia!
