The salesman added on an optional warranty to the car stating it was required. I had stated we did not want any extras. Finance guy tried to cover it up during signing and I had it removed amd caught it. Went back for two new tires and glue to tires on rims were all over rims and they hadn't cleaned it off. Asked them to clean it off. Other reviews online show a salesman told another guy the extra warranties were required. When test drove car I asked about a light that was one. Salesman told me it was nothing and he was playing with steering wheel on his way over and turned it off. Had car checked out by mechanic. Sensor repair that was over $2000. Too bad because I was told this was a good dealership. I could say more. Out of words.

Whole day off gone no car, next time I will go to valvoline for the same price and a 30 min wait. Just took to dealership is a lease car and was keeping records of my maintenence so they know when turn in all maintenence was completed properly for next person. Never again will I go to shawnee mission kia. Got my first kia in lawrence kia and never had a problem guess I will go back there from now on.
