What Is The Towing Capacity of the Kia Telluride?

Amber Cantrell was amazing! I needed a bunch of stuff done on my 4 year old Kia (typical maintenance)... I setup an appointment, drove right into their drop off line (inside)... she went over all my requests and made sure they addressed all of them. Oil change + 45K checkup... needed new breaks and new tires too (though I didn't mention these as I forgot to bring them up b/c I had a rear window issue too and that was my number one fix request and I had a recall repair for breaks too)... anyways she coordinated everything, went over options with me, recommended good options (not most expensive)... and even suggested I could wait on the new breaks until Christmas time (I opted to just replace them now) and made the entire process hands off... and then, not only found that one rear window had an issue, but both rear window motors were faulty and would need repaired and she got it setup for repair under the warranty on the car! She ordered the parts, setup a new appointment for that one thing that couldn't get done today. I drove out with a car that felt brand new... new breaks, new oil/filter, new tires, aligned... suspension felt amazingly new. I will be doing all my service/repairs at this kia dealership going forward and I'll be asking for when I can get Amber when I setup a new appointment 🙂 Oh and they don't do body work (paint scratches)... but she is going to get me a referral when I come back for the rear windows next week! I got to work in the lobby while I waited. Huge lobby with tables. I busted out my laptop and food. They had free coffee (k-cups) and some snacks too. Clean bathrooms! So I was able to go about my regular work and not just sit idle.

I walked into the service department at Shawnee Mission Kia knowing full well I would have to do some explaining for the help I needed, as I drive a 15-year-old Soul. As I expected, no one in the service department knew what I was talking about. But! Cameron Schafer immediately jumped on the Internet and searched what I was talking about. He 100% figured it out and got help the one time he needed it. This is a smart young man and the world definitely needs more like him. If I buy a new car, I will probably buy one from Shawnee Mission Kia, simply because Cameron was so helpful. Thank you, Cameron!
