I want to start out by saying we drove from 2hrs away with a two year old. I called before hand and talked with Kenzel. He made that drive worth it. I was over $8,000 upside down in my Fusion which I hated! I had been turned down by 2 other dealers due to negative equity. Somehow Rob pulled off not only getting me in a 2015 Sorento, but also kept my payment where I wanted and got my interest rate lowered from where it was. He was very professional.
